  • EXCHANGE ONLY on ready to purchase pieces within 7 DAYS of receiving your shipment (no exclusions). 
  • ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE and garments are sold as is.
  • NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on Custom Ordered or Made to Measure Garments.
  • NO REFUNDS ON FACEMASKS
  • Merchandise cannot be returned on grounds of color, choice or embroidery.
  • We strongly suggest you precisely note measurements before purchasing.
  • Color may vary slightly due to the photo lighting sources or your screen settings.
  • Please note all alterations & shipping charges are non-refundable.  
  • Javeda reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
 
 
DEFINITIONS: 

Custom Ordered- is a garment that is custom designed to the clients request from the beginning from choosing fabrics, design, embroidery details and color.

Made to Measure- is a garment that is set design and we would re-make the same exact piece in the specific measurements provided.

Ready to Purchase – pieces that are in stock and available on our website or in studio 

Return Instructions

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in the original shipping box. Be sure to address your return shipping box as follows and email the tracking number to info@javeda.com.

  • All items to be exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • The returned merchandise must contain all labels, tags, receipts and other packaging with which the merchandise was sent to you.
  • Javeda reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging or postage due. It will be deducted from the refund or store credit if necessary.
  • Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs incurred when returning merchandise
  • Once your return package has been received and the product is reviewed & deemed exchangeable by Javeda, we will be process and issue a store credit within 5 to 10 business days.

         Store Credit 

  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat store credit like cash
  • Store credit never expires
  • Store credit is provided in Canadian $

Packages will be shipped at customers expense. Be sure to keep a record of your tracking information.
